Warrantee & Return Policy

We unconditionally warrantee our wine cabinets, display cases, and gift boxes against any defect in materials or workmanship. If our product is damaged during shipment, do not remove the item from its packaging, contact us within twenty-four (24) hours, and we will process your claim with the shipping company. If you are dissatisfied with our product you may return the item(s) within thirty (30) days at your cost, for a full refund less original freight costs.

You cannot return an item because you do not like the design or the stain color. Upon request, we will provide you with a drawing prior to your order. You may contact us to purchase a stain sample. Custom items, including items with a custom stain, custom design, or custom option cannot be returned.
